Our story

Seventeen Years of Montana Celebrations.

Celebrate started in Bigfork in 2009 with a trailer of tables and a promise: show up on time, bring exactly what was agreed, and treat every event like it matters. The Valley noticed.

Seventeen years later we have grown with the weddings, resorts, and festivals of the Flathead Valley. The name is new and the focus is sharper. What never changed: the crew, the standards, and the hand inspection every linen gets before it leaves the warehouse.

Today we are the team that couples in Nashville and planners in New York call when the wedding is in Montana and the details cannot miss. We are also the team the Valley calls every year. The invitationals, the fundraisers, the festivals, and the families booking the same weekend they have booked for a decade. That work is the bones of this business, and it always has been.

Celebrate Event Rentals delivery area, Flathead Valley and Northwest Montana A map of northwest Montana. The delivery corridor runs the length of the Flathead Valley, from West Glacier and Whitefish in the north through Columbia Falls, Kalispell, Lakeside and Bigfork around Flathead Lake, south through Polson to Missoula. It rings Flathead Lake completely, down the west side through Rollins and Big Arm around the bay and down the east side through Woods Bay and Yellow Bay, and a second arm runs southeast from Bigfork through Swan Lake to Condon. Bigfork, on the northeast shore of Flathead Lake, is the home base. Glacier National Park sits to the east and the Flathead Reservation covers the south end of the lake. A locator inset shows the corridor in the far northwest corner of Montana.
