Quotes and Booking
How do I get a quote?
Browse the live catalog, tap the plus on anything you love, and it lands in your quote. Send the quote, and a real person prices it and walks your event through with you. No forms disappearing into a void.
How far in advance should I book my rentals?
Montana's event season runs hard from June through September, and signature pieces like sailcloth tents and specialty linens are reserved first. For a peak-season wedding, 6 to 12 months ahead is common. Working with a closer date? Call us. We will tell you honestly what is available.
Can I change my quote or order later?
Your quote request is a starting point, not a contract. Talk to your rep and we will adjust pieces and counts as inventory allows, right up to the timeline we agree on together.
Do you price match?
Happy to match any local quote on like items. Just give us a call.
Delivery, Setup, and Service Area
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver and set up across the Flathead Valley and Northwest Montana: Bigfork, Whitefish, Kalispell, Columbia Falls, West Glacier, Lakeside, Polson, and Missoula. If your venue is in Northwest Montana, chances are we already know it. Planning somewhere outside that list? Call us at (406) 837-3040 and we will figure it out together.
Do you deliver, set up, and take everything down?
Yes. Our crew delivers, sets, and strikes. Tents are always installed by our team and engineered for Montana weather. You host. We handle the rest.
Is there a minimum order or delivery fee?
It depends on the order and where your venue is. Tell us what you are planning and we will give you a clear number up front. No surprises on the invoice.
Tents, Linens, and Montana Weather
What is a sailcloth tent?
A sailcloth tent is a pole tent made of translucent, sail-grade fabric with sculpted peaks and wooden poles. It glows at dusk, photographs beautifully, and it is the tent our destination couples ask for by name.
What happens if the weather turns?
Montana weather is part of the plan, not a surprise. Our tents are engineered for wind and rain, and we plan sidewalls, heating, and cooling with you ahead of time so the party goes on either way.
Are your linens really inspected by hand?
Every single one, before it leaves the warehouse. It is why the Valley's hotels and resorts hand us their tables. With roughly 700 linen options, that is a lot of hands-on time. We think it shows.
Destination Weddings and Corporate Events
Can I plan my Montana wedding from out of state?
Most of our couples do. Send us your list, hop on a video consult, and lean on a team that has styled Flathead Valley events for seventeen years and knows every venue on your shortlist.
Do you handle corporate events?
Yes. Retreats, resort events, and company celebrations get the same crew and the same standards, on a schedule your team can count on.
