These terms cover how you use this website and what a quote request means. Your actual rental is governed by the rental agreement we send with your confirmed quote.

A Quote Request Is Not a Booking

Sending your quote does not reserve anything and does not lock you in. It tells us what you are thinking about. A real person prices it, checks availability for your date, and gets back to you. Nothing is held for your event until we confirm it with you and you sign a rental agreement.

Your Rental Agreement

The terms that govern your rental, including delivery, setup and strike, payment, deposits, changes, cancellation, and responsibility for damaged or missing items, are in the rental agreement that comes with your confirmed quote. That agreement controls if anything here conflicts with it.

Pricing and Availability

Prices and counts shown on this site can change, and popular items book early in the Montana season. We confirm both the price and the availability with you before anything is booked. If something on the site is wrong or out of date, we will tell you and give you an honest option.

Using This Site

You may use this site to browse our rentals, build a quote, and send us a quote request. Please do not copy our photos, descriptions, or catalog for your own commercial use, try to break or overload the site, or use it to do anything unlawful.

The words, photos, and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission.

Links to Other Sites

Some pages link to other companies, such as our social profiles or venue partners. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them.

The Site Itself

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error free or online. Use of the site is at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses that come from using the site. Nothing here limits any responsibility we take on in your signed rental agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any dispute about this site will be handled in the courts of Flathead County, Montana.
