What We Collect
What You Send Us
When you send a quote request, you give us your name, email, phone number, event date, venue or delivery address, and the items in your quote. If you call or email us, we keep what you tell us so we can help with your event.
What Your Browser Stores
Your quote is saved in your own browser on your own device. It is not on our server until you send it to us. Clearing your browser data clears the quote.
Basic Site Information
Like most websites, we see general information about visits: which pages get opened, what kind of device is used, and roughly what region the visit came from. This is not tied to your name.
What We Do with It
- Price your quote and check what is available for your date
- Contact you about your event, your quote, and your rental
- Deliver, set up, and strike your order
- Understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it or trade it. We share it only with the companies that help us run the business, such as our quote and inventory software and our email provider, and only so they can do that work for us.
We will also share information if the law requires it.
How Long We Keep It
We keep quote requests and event records as long as we need them to serve you and to keep proper business records. If you want your information removed, call us and we will take care of it, unless we are required to keep it.
Your Choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (406) 837-3040 or write to us at the address below. You can also turn off cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working the way they should.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
